Your choices
In Gestalt, open Settings, then Data and privacy. Product Analytics and Coded Diagnostics each have their own control. Enabling one does not enable the other. Declining either choice does not remove core app functionality.
Turn a choice off
Switching a choice off immediately stops new capture for that lane and closes its resettable consent epoch. If the device is offline, the protected deletion request remains on the device and retries later.
Delete linked data
Use the delete action beside either choice to remove that lane’s linked records. Gestalt shows a bounded delivery and deletion state, not raw event payloads. A server tombstone digest may remain for up to 13 months solely to stop offline replay or a restored backup from resurrecting the closed epoch.
What never leaves through this telemetry
Screen Time totals, app and website identities, selected or blocked apps, report results, Focus names, notes, exact schedules, free text, logs, screenshots, URLs, crash stacks, IDFA, IDFV, account email, location, and device fingerprints are not sent through Product Analytics or Coded Diagnostics.
